Weekend Open House results - skimpy!

The nice weather might have been the cause - one persons came to one of our open houses - 2 couples at another - and yet, at a fixer-upper - priced at $399,000 - many buyers showed up! Price? Motivation to close before November 30 to be eligible for the tax credit? Curiosity? We will know after we see which property sells first - just one buyer is needed - Each of the properties have had extensive ' hits' on the web sites - it IS a buyer's  market  ( lots of houses are available - some towns more than others) but the buyers still have to  make offers that are accepted by the sellers.
